Chairman
Jacob chairs the Board of Directors, and is the first point of contact for issues that affect the company as a whole. Jacob oversees the company's budget and business plan, and is responsible for OSPL's development and strategy over the long-term. In particular, the Chairman oversees legal matters arising from anything published in Cherwell, ISIS, Cherwell24 or etcetera and is responsible for investigating any compaints that might arise. Managing Director
Ran is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. The MD co-ordinates a business team comprising business managers, finance managers and business executives, and manages payments and receipts. In addition, with regards to advertising, the MD must maintain an accurate and ever-changing contact database, while being aware of the prevailing marketing conditions to ensure that our prices are cutting-edge. Ran is one of the directors of OSPL and, accordingly, has responsibility for development and strategy over the long-term.
Business Managers
Rachel Quinn, Peter Mills, Tom Ward, Chris Stylianou
Advertising revenue drives OSPL and, therefore, it is essential that we target all potential advertisers as effectively as possible. The Business Managers are responsible for the planning and execution of our advertising strategy focusing, ensuring that our advertisers know what marketing options we offer. To further this end, the Business Managers maintain an accurate and ever-changing contact database, while being aware of the prevailing marketing conditions to ensure that our prices are cutting-edge.
Finance Manager
The finance manager co-ordinates the cash flow of OSPL and is responsible for the company's accountancy process. In addition to overseeing all invoicing as financial controller, Awais ensures that our debtors are chased.
Technical Director
The technical director ensures that OSPL provides an effective and working framework around which we can publish our products. Freddie manages the computer systems of the company and co-ordinates all of our purchasing. The technical director maintains OSPL's email system and supports the Web Manager by providing and developing a web platform on which our online products can be based.
