Rohan Sakhrani chairs the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall running of OSPL. Rohan directs the company's finance, business and long-term development strategy.

The Chairman also represents a senior point of contact to the editorial staff of our publications, meeting weekly with senior staff at the Council of Management to discuss performance. The Chairman also presides over any legal matters which arise, and represents the primary point of contact for any complaints or disputes. All media enquiries, rights requests, or complaints should be sent to Rohan.

Managing Director - Michael Kalisch

Michael Kalisch is responsible for assisting the Chairman with the day-to-day running of the company and co-ordinating OSPL sales via a team of business managers and business executives.

The MD manages publication expenditure and maintains an accurate contact database of current and past advertisers. The MD is always considerate of prevailing marketing conditions to ensure that our prices and services are cutting-edge.

Finance Director - Max Bossino

The finance manager co-ordinates the cash flow of OSPL and is responsible for the company's accountancy process. In addition to overseeing all invoicing as financial controller, Max ensures that our debtors are chased.

Business Managers

The Business Managers are responsible for the planning and execution of OSPL's business strategy, and ensure our clients know what marketing options we offer.

Company Secretary - Morgan Norris-Grey

Morgan carries overall responsibility of taking minutes at Council of Management, sending out OSPL paperwork and maintaining internal records. It is the secretary's job to ensure the smooth administrative running of the company.

Technical Director

The technical director ensures that OSPL provides an effective and working framework around which we can publish our products. He or she manages the computer systems of the company and co-ordinates all of our purchasing. The technical director maintains OSPL's email system and supports the Web Manager by providing and developing a web platform on which our online products can be based.

OSPL Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meet every week to set company strategy and discuss the finances. Directors also appoint the senior editorial staff and deal with any complaints brought against them. The Board also decides on legal issues should they arise. The current Directors are:
